Our 6 month old, Beau, was waking up 3-4 times a night to eat and we were desperate for something to change but didn't know what to do. We found Michelle and it's been one of the most life changing experiences since Beau was born. Michelle got to know our family, put together a personalized plan, and adjusted as challenges arose. She was so encouraging and kind! At the end of our two weeks Beau was able to self settle and was sleeping through the night! I can't recommend Michelle enough!

I am so grateful for Michelle! She got my family of 5 back on track! After a very successful 2 years of sleep with our first born, I thought I “knew it all” when my twin boys came along. Slowly, our good sleep habits got out of whack and by the time the boys were one, my husband and I were waking for all three of them multiple times a night. Michelle came recommended to me from a friend, and I am so glad I gave her a call. She listened to what was going on and developed a plan just for us. We sought out Michelle when our toddler, who once was a good sleeper, hit a terrible regression. With a newborn at home, we were desperate for sleep. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her sleep training. When I was referred to 3 Sleepy Stars, I was exhausted and hopeless after months of trying my own methods. I did not think my strong-willed little guy was capable of being sleep-trained. Michelle took the time to get to know Leo and his tendencies so she could make a sleep plan specific to him and his needs. We haven’t even completed the two full weeks of his sleep plan yet and our “impossible” little guy is sleeping through the night on his own and putting himself down for naps. If he does wake he is able to settle himself back to sleep because of everything Michelle has taught us.
